LTP 2026-2027 ATTENDANCE and PAYMENT POLICY
ATTENDANCE and CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review the following attendance and commitment policy guidelines:
- Attendance is recorded daily, and the expectation is that your child will be present on the days he/she is registered for. Players may not “drop-in” for additional clinics unless approved by administration prior to that day.
- We understand that conflicts arise with school events/obligations, illnesses, and unexpected family circumstances and with proper notification via email to the Director of LTP Tennis, Patrick Hieber (patrick.hieber@charlestontennisllc.com) or the director’s Executive Assistant, Emily Poland (emily.poland@charlestontennisllc.com ), we will permit your child to attend alternate day(s) within the same session to make up for approved missed training. This does not include absences due to family vacations or leisurely travel. Refunds or account credits will not be given. Extraordinary cases will need to be discussed directly with Patrick Hieber.
- We also understand that other opportunities of interest may take precedent over LTP training while a registered participant. LTP requires a written notice at a minimum of four weeks prior to leaving before any registrations may be cancelled. No exceptions unless an extraordinary circumstance is discussed and approved of with Patrick.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Upon registration, the first session’s payment is required using the credit card entered for your account. This card will remain on your account and will be charged each month for the duration of your child’s membership.
- Two initial sessions are required for all LTP junior programs (excluding the Academy). Payment for the first session is due at registration. The second session will be automatically charged to the credit card on file during the next monthly billing cycle. The Cancellation Policy becomes effective after the completion of the first four weeks if you decide to terminate your child’s program membership.
As always, your child’s well-being and livelihood are our priority as we value their individualism on and off the courts. We strive to provide an elite team of coaches that have committed themselves to training our players for optimal performance and success as talented tennis players, and your commitment contributes significantly to their well-being, as well.
Please contact LTP directly with any questions, concerns or requests for additional information.
