It was a night filled with emotion, pride, and powerful storytelling as the LTP Scholars community came together to celebrate the Class of 2025. More than 200 guests—families, teachers, coaches, and fellow students—gathered to recognize the academic and personal accomplishments of this exceptional group of seniors who have grown as scholars, athletes, and leaders.
The evening opened with the presentation of the annual student awards. The awards were given to students who exemplified consistent effort and dedication throughout the school year. These students set an example for their peers in terms of their studies as well as their character. Certificates were awarded for given categories, including mathematics, humanities, science, academic excellence, community service, Meeting Street Academy advocate, leadership, growth, and the LTP scholar award.
But it was the voices of the seniors that truly defined the night. One by one, each student took the stage to deliver a handwritten speech, a personal reflection on the journey that led them to this moment. Their stories spoke of challenges overcome, lessons learned, and the enduring impact of the relationships built through the LTP Scholars program. While each narrative was distinct, they were united by a common theme: gratitude for the community that shaped them.
“Our seniors have shown incredible dedication—not only excelling in their studies and passions, but also making meaningful contributions through volunteer work, including medical mission trips and teaching dance to children with Down Syndrome,” said Jean Bartlett, Executive Director of LTP Scholars. “Their commitment to growth and service truly embodies the values of LTP Scholars. These students are all in.”
Among the recognized seniors were seven students who exemplified unwavering resilience and commitment to the program–successfully balancing athletics and academics. Some students who had even travelled across the world completing lessons and assignments.
