Sarah KovalchickPhysical Therapist

Sarah Kovalchick recently moved to Charleston from Frederick, Maryland. A former NCAA Division 1 soccer player at the University of Maryland, College Park, Sarah earned her B.S. in Kinesiology and gained professional experience in sports medicine, military physical therapy, and orthopedic physical therapy. She also conducted research on the effects of exercise on Alzheimer’s patients.

Sarah went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore, focusing on sports and orthopedic physical therapy. She now works with athletes at LTP Tennis Academy and everyday athletes, helping them heal from injury and reach their wellness goals. Sarah enjoys hiking, playing soccer and exploring Charleston with her family and dog in her spare time.
